Tina Salter is the owner, Administrative Director, and consultant trainer at ECS.  She has a degree in education and began her experience as a teacher with two students with autism in her classroom.  As a result of that experience, she began working as a therapist, first part-time, then leaving teaching to work full-time with children with autism.  After acquiring experience as a shadow aide in a classroom and a lead therapist, she joined Autism Research Center as a consultant, under the leadership of Dr. Barbara Metzger.  She later began consulting independently, and founded Educational Consulting Service.  Tina is currently pursuing her certification in applied behavior analysis.

Our program consultant is Anna Parris.  Anna has a degree in psychology from Emory University and experience as a teacher at the Emory Autism Center – The Walden School.  Anna has served as lead therapist for many of our teams and is Tina’s assistant on those and other teams.
